Oscar winning actress and America’s sweetheart Reese Witherspoon may have been trying to slip one by us. The actress is reportedly set to exchange wedding rings with her fiancé, Hollywood agent Jim Toth as early as next weekend, according to Radaronline.
The wedding is rumored to be taking place on the actresses sprawling estate, named “The Libbey Ranch” in Ojai California on March 26th. Witherspoon has apparently enlisted the services of celebrity event planner Yifat Oren to plan the small ceremony, with 100 guests expected to attend.
Oren has planned weddings for Kevin Costner, Jason Bateman and Mariska Hargitay in her 13 year career, and this time around she is keeping it low key.
“Candles and flowers will be everywhere in white and pastels, for an intimate feeling,” a source shared with Radar.
As for the gown, Witherspoon had already been spotted visiting the Beverly Hills Showroom of Monique L’huillier, the bridal gown designer to the stars, earlier this year.
The couple has been dating since early 2010 and got engaged over the holidays when Toth proposed with a stunning 4 carat engagement ring, and although the size is nothing to sneeze at, it is the cut that makes this ring amazingly rare. The rectangular cut center diamond is actually an Ashoka diamond, which out of all rough diamonds, less than 10 percent have the potential to be cut into an Ashoka each year.
Witherspoon is most well known for her roles in “Legally Blonde” and “Walk the Line” which earned her the Academy Award for her role as June Carter. However, it was the movie “Cruel Intentions” that propelled her to fame, and also where she met her first husband, actor Ryan Phillippe, with whom she had two children.
